In 2025 we will meet and celebrate the full moon in different ways throughout the course of the year.
Our first Full Moon of 2025 is the Wolf Moon, due to appear on 13th January. I'm holding Rest Circle to celebrate it - sharing a yoga nidra that has been specifically themed for this full moon. We'll se an intention before the circle begins, and have a chance for sharing afterwards. But really, this is a chance to rest and to allow the meditation to weave its magic.
This Rest Circle will be held on Friday 10th January 7-8.15pm. It's £15 to come along, with a reduced rate for anyone who would struggle to pay the full amount. Just pick the rate that best fits your financial circumstances. Click here to book in.

Meet your facilitator:
Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge and The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness - bringing people together in community.
Susie is a Mindfulness Coach and a certified Daring to Rest Facilitator. She also teaches Qi Gong and Chair Yoga. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, and she is an advocate of giving participants choice in everything she offers.
