Wellbeing Walks

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street BONNYBRIDGE, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Join us for a regular wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.

Susie is going to be holding weekly Wellbeing Walks, round Bonnybridge Nature Reserve. Join her (and her dog Phin) for a walk that will be around 45 minutes long - getting outside in all weathers!

Walks will be held from 11.30am - you can meet at The Place to Pause & Breathe at 11.20am, or by the football pitch in the park opposite (what 3 words: adhesive.countries.thrashing). It is free to join for the walk, but please book a space so we know who to expect. Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs. Click here to book in.

There are paths in the nature reserve, but it can get muddy. Do wear good footwear, and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. We won't be walking fast, but a having a moderate fitness level would be helpful.
