A day of connection with nature, through mindfulness, Qi Gong, yoga nidra and soundbath, in a stunning woodland setting.
A wonderful opportunity to step away from the distractions and stresses of daily life and prepare to transition into Spring, surrounded by the stunning abundance of nature at Beechbrae Wood.
Throughout the day you'll be invited to experience various types of mindfulness meditation and mindful movement in the spacious studio, a mindful walk in stunning surroundings, including a contemplative labyrinth walk, and ending with a relaxing yoga nidra and soundbath session.
In this safe and supportive space you can give yourself permission to relax and restore your mental well-being, alongside other like-minded individuals.
A day-retreat can also help to support your own personal growth and self-reflection, giving you more clarity as you move forwards into a new season.
A vegetarian lunch will be provided, plus a selection of teas and coffee, water, fruit and snacks throughout the day. There are indoor and outdoor breakout spaces available for you to sit and connect with others, or to wander during the lunchtime break.
This day takes place on Sunday 9th March 10.30am-4pm, in Beechbrae (Blackridge) - a beautiful location. Facilitators are Susie Hooper (Pause & Breathe) and Elspeth Lewis (Pause to Be). Early bird tickets are available until 31st January (£70), otherwise price per person will be £90. Click here to book in.
