Crystal Singing Bowls for beginners

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street BONNYBRIDGE, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Crystal Singing Bowls, when played sensitively, are beautiful sound healing instruments. Their pure, clear tones have an angelic quality to them.

They are very effective in chakra balancing and can be used on and off the body. When a bowl is placed directly on the body, the vibrations move through muscles, tissue and blocked chakras removing deep, ingrained physical, emotional and mental imbalances and getting to the root of issues. Long standing pain can be alleviated as the emotional blocks behind the pain are removed.

Find out more in this blog post I wrote some years ago.

These instruments are the most frequently overplayed of sound healing instruments. But Morag's method teaches you how to develop sensitivity in your playing so that you avoid overpowering the listener. You will learn how to create harmonic calming intervals with your bowls to relax and destress your clients.

To finish the day you will receive a relaxing sound bath which will also include Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, koshi chimes, percussion, shamanic drum and healing voice.
