Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be a "Kundalini Yoga", held by Jenny from Yoga Links.
Join Jenny for 75 minutes of kundalini yoga - a comprehensive mix of movement, breath-work, mantra and relaxation. Kundalini yoga is an inward practice with the intention of releasing tension from the body and mind, and increasing vitality and awareness of self.
This class is suitable for all abilities, whether you can sit on the floor or prefer a chair, and all levels of experience. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you are warmly invited to join in this powerful practice of kundalini yoga.
Bring water, yoga mat, blanket, cushion/bolster, an open mind and an open heart

Jenny Smith-Nicol is a Linlithgow based Kundalini yoga teacher and postpartum doula who has been teaching kundalini yoga for 9 years. She is passionate about sharing the powerful practice of kundalini yoga with her community, and making it accessible to anyone who wants to begin this as a practice, or deepen their already existing practice. She is a self-employed mother of one, who runs regular group classes, events and retreats in Scotland.
