Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Creative Play in Nature", held by John from Well Wild.
In this session, which takes place in the woods, you will learn how to make your own Nature frames. Nature frames help you discover new things in nature, using natural resources from the forest floor. This is really simple and surprisingly effective, and will shift the way you see things around you, appreciating the smaller things in life. The fire will be on, we’ll end with a chat and a cuppa around the campfire. If it’s raining, we have a canopy we can be under too.
This session is being held on Friday 9th August from 10-11.30am. This will include a cuppa, made over the campfire and a snack. Click here to book in.
The session will be held in a location in Roughcastle woods. We'll meet at The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge at 9.40am and travel together.
